As a former England international cricketer and ECB Level 4 coach, I am proud to lead the coaching team at the ICM Cricket Academy Mentorship Programme.

Our mission is to support and develop cricketers of all levels helping them reach their full potential, whether you’re aiming for county cricket, looking to improve your club game or simply wanting to take your skills to the next level.

Our coaching staff has the right level of experienced professionals and former international players, that bring a wealth of knowledge to every session.

We’ve had fantastic success stories with players progressing from recreational cricket to county level.

We actively represent our players in trial nominations and work closely with county pathway coaches to provide personalised support tailored to each individual’s goals.

The Mentorship Programme is designed to offer a supportive and challenging environment all year round from our structured winter training to our competitive summer sessions.

Our goal is to create the perfect setting for cricketers to develop their technical, tactical, physical and mental skills.

One of the standout features of the programme is the opportunity for players to be scouted by county pathway coaches and to showcase their talent during our ICM summer fixtures.

We’re excited to work with the next generation of cricketers and are committed to helping each player progress in their journey, regardless of where they are starting from.
